What does this mean?

Substitution Policy
If you choose to allow substitutions, we will select a comparable replacement at the cost of the replacement item. Our substitution policy is first to select the same brand item in another size. If that is not possible, we then select the same size in a comparable brand. You will be charged the actual price of the substituted item. If you would prefer us to substitute only within the brand or size ordered, please tell us in the “Special Requests” box. Otherwise, you have the option of writing “Do not Substitute” for each item. In the rare instance that more than three items are out of stock, your Personal Shopper will contact you directly to inform you of any changes.

We'll do our best to get your groceries to you in a timely manner, but please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Thank you for understanding!
