Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare is Brooklyn’s only three Michelin-starred restaurant. Settle into the kitchen counter for a communal dining experience featuring the cuisine of Chef César Ramirez. The courses on the tasting menu change to reflect products in season.
Inspired by Japanese cuisine and French technique, Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare's menu preserves the integrity of its ingredients. The duration of the tasting menu is two and a half hours, and is focused on seafood and shellfish. The price of our tasting menu is $330 per guest. This price is all-inclusive, excluding tax. Beverage is additional and not included in the cost of the menu.
Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare features a 7,000-bottle cellar, highlighting classic European regions such as Champagne, Burgundy, Rhône, Germany, and Austria. We are honored to have received 'The Best of Award of Excellence' from Wine Spectator two years consecutively, since August 2015.

Reservations are taken every Monday at 10:30am, for dates six weeks in advance. Seatings are offered for parties of two or four. Dinner seatings are as follows:

7:00 and 7:45pm

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
6:00, 6:45, 9:30, and 10:00pm
