Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare
, Brooklyn’s only three Michelin-starred restaurant,
is unlike any other. Settle in to the kitchen counter at this intimate
18 seat space for a unique dining experience featuring the cuisine of Chef
César Ramirez. The 15-plus course tasting menu changes daily to reflect
products in season and the duration of the tasting is approximately two hours.
Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare is pleased to announce that the wine
program received the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator in
August 2015. The award-winning wine program features a 3,000-bottle cellar
with over 400 bottles represented on the wine list, focusing on classic
European regions, such as Champagne, Burgundy, Rhône, Germany, and Austria,
two sommelier selected wine pairing options, and a by the glass list that
changes daily to reflect the menu.
Inspired by Japanese cuisine and French technique, our intention and focus
of the tasting menu is to preserve the integrity of the products used and
therefore modifications are limited. The menu is heavily focused on seafood,
including both raw fish and shellfish. The price of the menu is $306.00 per
person plus tax (service fee included).

We are currently booking reservations six (6) weeks in advance. Every Monday
at 10:30 am we open up a new week in the reservation book. All reservations
for the sixth week out are booked at that time. Dinner seatings are as
follows: Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 and 7:45 pm; Thursday—Saturday at
6:00, 6:45, 9:30 and 9:55 pm. Dinner reservations are offered for parties
of two (2) or four (4) guests.

Monday, August 1st → September 6th - 10th
Monday, August 8th → September 13th - 17th
Monday, August 15th → September 20th - 24th

Monday, August 29th → October 4th - October 8th

Reservation book opens every Monday at 10:30am for dates six (6) weeks out.
Guests wishing to be added to the waitlist can make this request by
calling the reservations office during office hours. The waitlist is
offered on a first come, first served basis.
