Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare is Brooklyn’s only three Michelin-starred restaurant. Settle into the kitchen counter for a communal dining experience featuring the cuisine of Chef César Ramirez. The courses on the tasting menu change to reflect products in season.
Inspired by Japanese cuisine and French technique, the Chef's Table menu preserves the integrity of its ingredients. The duration of the tasting menu is two and a half hours, and is focused on seafood and shellfish.
Chef's Table features a 7,000-bottle cellar, highlighting classic European regions such as Champagne, Burgundy, Rhône, Germany, and Austria. Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare is pleased to announce that the wine program received the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator two years consecutively, since August 2015.

Reservations are taken every Monday at 10:30am for dates six weeks in advance. Dinner seatings are as follows:

Tuesday and Wednesday
7:00 and 7:45pm

Thursday, Friday and Saturday
6:00, 6:45, 9:30 and 10:00pm
