Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You may return unworn items with price ticket attached. Items must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.
In store Brooklyn Fare accepts cash, money orders, and all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and
Discover Card. Online Brooklyn Fare accepts all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
The sales tax rate and imposition is determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped.
Currently Brooklyn Fare delivers to Brooklyn, and select Manhattan locations around the existing store in 431 West 37th
Street, and will be expanding the delivery options to more Manhattan locations soon.
Delivery & Handling
All orders are usually processed in 1 business day. Orders will be shipped once fully processed.
Deliveries are made each day, starting as early as 8:00 a.m. You can schedule a delivery time up to a week in advance,
or as late as 9:00 p.m. on the day before delivery. Please note, hours vary by neighborhood.
Available for in-stock items only.
All orders are subject to verification.
$75.00 minimum for orders to be placed online.
A signature may be required and additional charges may apply if there is more than one delivery attempt. Orders placed by
12:00PM EST weekend/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Should I tip the driver? You are under no obligation to tip but have the option of providing a nominal tip if you feel
that you've received exceptional service. Brooklyn Fare delivery personnel are not permitted to solicit tips under any

Orders between $74.99 - $50.00 will inquire a $10.00 Delivery Charge if the delivery address is outside 3 square blocks.
Delivery schedule: Online or email orders are delivered 7 days a week (excluding holidays).

How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed. Your confirmation email will include
the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order by contacting Brooklyn Fare's Customer Service
