Today, we announced two world-class chefs will be taking the helm of Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare when we reopen on October
4th, 2023.
We couldn’t be more excited to see where Chefs Max Natmessnig and Marco Prins will take us, and to see their take on executing our best-in-class tasting menu
when we reopen our doors on October 4th. They are masters of their craft, having led some of the most acclaimed restaurants in Europe and in New
York,
and they both have long been part of the Brooklyn Fare family — having each worked at Chef’s Table in the past.
Our commitment to sourcing the highest-quality ingredients will remain,
as will our unparalleled commitment to hospitality and service. Our
future is bright, and we look forward to all of you being part of it.
