Chef's Table is Brooklyn Fare's three-Michelin-starred restaurant.

Inspired by Japanese cuisine and French technique, courses change to reflect products in season.
The tasting menu is predominantly fish & shellfish, with one or two meat courses and a variety of desserts. Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate guests with seafood allergies, vegetarian or vegan diets.

10:00am – 5:00pm,
and can be reached at 212-216-9700. If your preferred reservation time is not available on a particular date, we do have the ability to place you on our waitlist.

All reservations will require a $200 non-refundable deposit per person. We accept modifications with up to eight (8) days prior to your reservation. Any cancellation, modification or no-show made after this time will be subject to a fee of $200 per person. Dinner seatings are as follows: Tuesday-Saturday: 5:00 & 7:30pm.
*As per NYC mandate, starting August 31st all guests are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to enter the dining room.
Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare features a 7,000-bottle cellar, highlighting classic European regions such as Champagne, Burgundy, Rhône, Germany, and Austria. We are honored to have received The Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator four years consecutively, since August 2015.
